As a Front of House team member at Brau, you will be the welcoming face of our luxury beauty studio, ensuring each client’s journey aligns with our high standards. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting clients through each step of their visit, and optimizing studio operations. This position is sales-oriented, with key performance indicators tied to in-house sales targets, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences while driving revenue.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Client Welcome & Journey Management: Greet clients warmly, manage their journey according to Brau’s customer experience standards, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Check-In & Check-Out: Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payment collection.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Client Engagement: Continuously look for ways to surprise and delight clients during their experience.
  • Appointment & Schedule Management: Review daily appointment schedules, add necessary notes, and take full responsibility for managing and optimizing the studio schedule.
  • Client Profiles: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer profiles, adding notes and relevant data regularly.
  • Complaint Handling: Address customer concerns with empathy and courtesy, resolving issues promptly.
  • Client Education: Explain service expectations, provide reading materials, and educate clients on the best-suited products and treatments.
  • Consultation Forms: Assist clients in completing consultation forms thoroughly.
  • Product Knowledge: Use the correct Brau verbiage to describe services and retail products.
  • Client Follow-Up: Contact clients who are running late, follow up with past guests, and assist clients in selecting services and products.
  • Communication: Communicate significant occurrences involving clients or staff to management promptly.
  • Operational Support: Assist artists in managing their schedules, support overall studio operations as requested, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive client and business information.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and assisting in audits by DM, DED, DHA, and MOL as necessary.

Sales (Primary Focus)

  • In-House Sales Targets: Work towards achieving set in-house sales goals, with performance metrics focused on sales achievements.
  • Upselling Treatments & Packages: Proactively recommend additional treatments, packages, and retail products to clients to meet their individual needs and enhance their experience.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct consultations with clients to identify their needs and make tailored service recommendations.

Additional Information

Annual Leave Allowance: 22 working days, with flexibility to work on public holidays as needed, compensated with an alternate day off.
